Several common faults and solutions for large led electronic screens | ||||
Large led electronic screens are electronic products, and some problems sometimes appear. The following Chuangkaiguang engineers explain four common troubleshooting methods for led displays.
1. What is the reason for the bright line of a few seconds when the large led electronic screen is connected to electricity or the screen picture becomes blurred?
After the large-screen electronic screen controller is properly connected to the computer and the HUB distribution board and the screen, it is necessary to supply +5V power to the controller to make it work normally (at this moment, do not directly connect to the 220V voltage). At the moment of power-on, a bright line or "fuzzy screen" will appear on the screen for a few seconds. This bright line or "fuzzy screen" is a normal test scene, prompting the user that the screen is about to start normal operations. Within 2 seconds, the scene was automatically eliminated and the screen entered the normal operating state.

2. What are the factors that cause the screen to be completely black on the LED electronic screen?
In the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter the LED screen showing a completely black screen. The same scene may be caused by various different factors, and even the process of screen blackening will vary due to different operations or different environments. For example, it may be black as soon as it is powered on, or it may be black during the loading process, or it may be black after the end of the transmission, etc.:
1. Please ensure that all hardware including the control system has been correctly powered on. (+5V, do not connect reversely or wrongly)
2. Check and repeatedly acknowledge whether the serial port cable used to connect to the controller is loose or dropped. (If it turns black during the loading process, it may be caused by this factor, that is, the communication process is stopped because the communication line is loose, so the screen turns black. Do not think that the screen body is not moving, and the line cannot be loose. Please check it out, this is very important if you want to solve the problem quickly.)
3. Check and acknowledge whether the connection between the LED screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card is tightly connected or not plugged in reverse.
3. What is the reason for the failure to load or communication?
The reasons for communication failure and loading failure are roughly the same. It may be caused by the following reasons. Please compare the listed items and operations:
1. Make sure that the control system hardware is powered on correctly.
2. Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable.
3. Check and confirm that the serial port cable is intact and there is no looseness or falling off at both ends.
4. Select the correct product model, correct transmission method, correct serial port number, correct serial transmission rate according to the led screen control software and the control card you choose, and set the control correctly according to the dial switch diagram provided in the software The address bit and serial transmission rate on the system hardware.
5. Check whether the jumper cap is loose or falling off; if the jumper cap is not loose, make sure that the direction of the jumper cap is correct.
6. If it still fails to load after the above inspection and calibration, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged to confirm whether it should be returned to the computer manufacturer or the control system hardware The body is returned for testing.
Fourth, the reason why the whole screen of the unit board is not bright or dark
1. Visually check whether the power cable, the 26P cable between the unit boards and the power module indicator are normal.
2. Use a multimeter to measure whether the unit board has normal voltage, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal, if not, it is judged that the power module is broken.
3. Measure the low voltage of the power module and adjust the fine adjustment (the fine adjustment of the power module near the indicator light) to make the voltage reach the standard.
